Here are a Few Nuggets of Wisdom From this Episode

  • A CEO day is a day or days, where you can sit down and take all of the wisdom, ideas and projects you have hidden in your mind and put them all into a piece of paper. The idea is to create a space where you can freely create and strategize for your upcoming projects. A CEO day is a moment to take care of yourself as a leader so you can be better equipped to lead. A short break to quiet down all the noise and truly listen to what’s on our mind.
  • Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish. Its necessary.
  • Check in with yourself - How do you feel with the direction in which your life is going. What do you want to be doing with your day, today? How would your life look like if it wasn’t a constant struggle to survive?

Maybe what we need to be learning is to appreciate the value of silence.”

“In order to lead and to live a life with purpose, we have to make sure we’re living our own idea of happiness and joy.”
